OB Calls Out Corporate Abuse Contributing to Climate Change

The General Assembly of Occupy Boston passed the following proposal on February 18, 2012:

Occupy Boston, unlike the US government and other industrialized countries, acknowledges that climate change is a result of centuries of lax legal rules and egregious corporate abuse specifically aggravated by the fossil fuel agribusiness and toxic chemical industries.

We call for action against the corporate assault  on the planet and to affirm that all living things have the right to a healthy ecosystem and the right to clean air.
