On Monday, October 26th a major fracked-gas pipeline conference is coming to Boston. At this conference executives from both Spectra Energy and Kinder Morgan will be speaking to investors, utilities companies and elected officials about their plans to build more fracked-gas pipelines in the Northeast.
We need to make sure that the voices of those impacted by the fracked-gas industry are heard. Join us as peacefully descend on the conference and raise up the voices of impacted communities and the call for 100% community owned energy.
We’ll also be using the day as an opportunity to take action at other institutions that wrongfully support both Spectra Energy and Kinder Morgan.
These pipeline companies are facing fierce resistance from communities across the Northeast and across the continent. Join us as we continue the fight and strive to unite our efforts.
