Municipal Rights Lecture at PirateCon, Tent City Saturday 4:30

WE ALREADY HAVE THE POWER! to do what we want!

Municipal rights are relatively accessible, via our local elected officials. Relatively accessible compared to say, Congress…or the Statehouse.

If you want to hear about what I know about using municipal rights to get what you want for your community, or to stop the corporate destruction, please check this out…either in person Saturday, or via the video below.

I’m trying to pass on what I learned as an elected official, and from collaborating with other towns who are using municipal rights to stop everything from unnecessary pipelines, asphalt plants, gentrification, illegal foreclosures, plastic bottles/bags, etc etc. AND to get what we want…living wage, etc
