Don’t miss this chance to be a part of history in the making! The entire Justice Reinvestment Act, S.64/H.1429, will be heard for the first time by the Joint Judiciary Committee. This will include Reducing Certain Low Level Felonies to Misdemeanors; Ending Collateral Sanctions at the RMV; and Extraordinary Medical Placement (compassionate Release). Our bill includes a Repeal of Mandatory Minimum Sentences, but that part was heard previously on June 9th.
